Ferrets love hammocks. You can buy this little ferret hammock thing that was actually designed for ferrets. The ferret hammock hangs from the top of the cage and they just love it. They can jump in and out and swinging all night long! You can make hanging ferret hammock with the leg from a pair of jeans. The larger (wider) the leg, the more ferrets will fit to the hammock.

This is a story about “Little Bit”. Little Bit first showed up as a stray at our farm in rural Missouri four years ago, looking quite shaggy and abused. He appeared very fearful and distrusting of all humans. He would not come to us but stood back and growled and barked at us! The neighbors said “that dog is bad” and “that dog is too far gone for you to save him”.
