Herman tortoises prefer dwelling in the outdoors. They make great pets as long as you give them suitable surroundings where they can live longer. In reality, Herman tortoises can survive for many years. To ensure that, owners have to feed and care for them well. Tortoises are hushed but they are great pets for homes.
The other day my wife and I were talking about how our dog, Klink, was able to escape from our yard. Klink could squeeze through, dig under, unlatch and was known to have pruned a bush with her teeth once to escape the confines of our back yard. All of these things I could remedy with out to much trouble. The digging was stopped by using cinder blocks along the fence line.
