Dog diarrhea… this is something that all of us as dog owners have to deal with at some point in the life of our dogs. It is a very common health issue for dogs. In some cases of diarrhea there may be only small amounts of mucous, but frequent straining. Diarrhea can also be an ongoing problem. Fortunately, most cases of dog diarrhea respond to symptomatic treatment at home.

When you say hairballs, pet owners who do not know better will probably think of fluffy balls that cats love to play with; or if ever they have an idea that it is a condition, they would not really think that it is something serious. That’s where they are wrong. Hairballs is serious and not to mention disgusting and quite alarming.

Bearded Dragons are extremely hardy lizards, when they are provided with the proper temperatures and lighting in their environment. However, they are also pets who do their best to hide their symptoms from us when they become ill, as do most other reptiles. This is no doubt an instinctual behavior, since a sick Beardie, in the wild, would probably not live for very long.
