You yowl loudly for no reason. Floor swimming! Ping Pong balls! You find yourself bathing Daddy every day because he doesn’t know how to clean himself.
With all the companionship and love that our dogs give so freely, it’s hard to imagine that some owners just don’t take responsibility for their dogs. But it’s true. Millions of dogshealthy dogsare euthanized every year. Whether through owner neglect or owner ignorance, millions of healthy dogs will endure the same fate this year.
Even a cat that compulsively cleans itself can benefit from a little grooming from her owner. Cats rarely need a bath, but frequent brushing removes a lot of loose hair which would otherwise end up either shed around your home or swallowed by the cat, creating constipating hairballs. Grooming your cat on a regular basis also helps you monitor her health and make her easier to handle.
1.) Versatility A good dog trainer will use techniques and training styles which are compatible with your dog’s temperament. Every dog is different, and some dogs respond better to certain approaches. What works for a Rottweiler won’t necessarily work for a Poodle. 2.
Giving your dog a bath is important, but not as critical as most people seem to believe. If your dog is healthy, he really doesn’t need to be bathed more that once every few months, but most of us put them in the tub or under the hose more often to get rid of that doggie smell and look shinier. Although most dogs do not enjoy getting a bath, it is a good bonding experience.
