If you have a pet then you need to consider having pet insurance so that they are protected in case something happens. Most people do not think about getting this type of insurance but it can really help if they need to go to the vet because they need surgery. If you have good pet insurance then you do not have to worry how you are going to pay for there care.

Recently, I had an Aunt whose 14 year old Peekapoo was diagnosed with Cancer. Aunt Kathie proceeded to spend over $12,000 to buy Omally a few more years. Despite several painstaking surgeries, Omally died and Aunt Kathy was still stuck with the whopping bill.
